The IT-mentor “What is the Internet for?” subsystem is in the property of the KÖZIGKONZULT Limited Partnership, having the exclusive right to use the program and to allocate the obtained income.

Content developer rights

Content developer can be anyone with whom the owner has signed a contract. The person has the right to develop the database. The uploaded data and modifications are going to be approved by the administrator charged by the owner. After each approved registry, the content developer gets points according to the followings:

+2 point – Comment for main group (filling out the information box)
6 point – Create a subgroup
+2 point – Comment for subgroup (filling out the information box)
5 point – Upload a precedent
+1 point – Comment for precedent (filling out the information box)
2 point – Upload a portal
+1 point – Comment for portal (filling out the information box)
2 point – Upload a link
+1 point – Comment for link (filling out the information box)
1 point – Note a synonym by “jump” reference

The payoff of the content developers’ activities is calculated according to the contract. The obtained points and reached amount can be followed up at the “Personal” menu.

Allocation of the income

The ownership of the database is shared among the ones who created and are maintaining it. Thus, the indentured content developers are the owners of the database of the system. They have the right to allocate the disposable resources (share holders’ investment, sponsorship, users’ investment, supports for database development) by the accumulated proportion of the ownership.

User rights

The users of the program can be civil and artificial persons or organisations in a contractual relation with the owner – normally IT-mentors, tutors, researchers and their organisations. The system can be reached by password. The user can act only in the field where he gets an access to, but it is forbidden to let unauthorized people use the system with the same access. The user can copy and forward information collected from the database only with the purpose of the service.

Visitor rights

The owner or the administrator can give a - free or rechargeable - visit right, which enables viewing the database, searching in it, reading the news and using the forum. It does not provide other services (for example saving modifications, commenting the registries).
